We brew what we love to drink and we've been in love with Smoothie Sours for a long time now! This is our first iteration of the style and because we are business incompetent, we decided to put it in our Core Range so you can drink it in the beach or in the Christmas Eve! In simple terms, this Smoothie Sour starts as a 10% ABV kettle sour Berliner Weisse and after maturation we add to it 50% of strawberry. We don’t let the strawberry ferment so the aromatics stay true to those of the original fruit and as a result of the fruit dilution the final ABV is 5%! No lactose, no marshmallow, no vanilla, no nothing! Just lactic acid versus fructose! That’s the simple balance we like! We just hope you love it the way we do! Read Less

The idea of exploring the traditional pastry universe came from Doug - co-founder of Burial - and Pastel de Nata seemed to be the right icon to inspire this beer. The malt bill was chosen to recreate pastel de nata’s base and the use of lactose, vanilla beans and cinnamon also played supporting roles.

This resulted in a 10% Imperial Stout with an intense and velvety body, inspired in the traditional Portuguese pastries. Read Less

Davy Jone’s Chest é uma Double NEIPA colaborativa entre a Alvares Brewery Co. e a Cervejaria Dogma. É uma cerveja de cor alaranjada, um pouco mais escura e com uma alta turbidez característica do estilo. Com corpo médio/alto em equilíbrio com a seu teor alcoólico de 8,8%, faz com que não apareça toda essa potência alcoólica na boca. Seus 80 IBU’s completam esse equilíbrio, tornando-a uma cerveja extrema em sabores e aromas.
Aroma predominantemente frutado, lembrando frutas tropicais maduras, como manga, mamão e pêssego principalmente. Em segundo plano aparecem notas cítricas de tangerina e toranja.
O sabor segue a mesma linha do aroma, lembrando muita fruta tropical, o que faz com que se torne uma cerveja encorpada e saborosa, podendo lembrar um “suco” ao ser bebida. Redonda e muito equilibrada no sabor com um retrogosto levemente amargo.
Duplo Dry Hop dos lúpulos Sabro (EUA), Galaxy (AUS) e Citra (EUA) é o que dita o perfil aromático dessa cerveja, onde os mesmos lúpulos também dão o perfil de amargor com grandes adições tardias na fervura. Um total de 24g/L de lúpulo nessa cerveja é o que agrada os amantes de lúpulos. Read Less
