A similar base beer to our Gold Pan Blonde, but add raw unpasteurized Texas honey after the initial fermentation. The result is amazing. We maintain the tremendous floral and fruity aroma from the honey bee’s hard work, and the subtle sweet flavors of the honey, but in a very crisp beer that is not sweet and drinks very well. Show Less
