Calaveras

Calaveras is a Dia De Los Muertos “Mole inspired” Holiday Stout brewed with Mikkeller & Bill Batten as our annual Halloween beer. Raised from the award winning collaboration “Ashes From the Grave” comes a slightly stronger and more robust Halloween Ale. It starts with gently smoked stout base beer and then is layered with Mexican spices. Calaveras is a term that often represents the tasty and celebratory mexican sugar skulls. This ale has light notes of cocoa, molasses, vanilla, nut, smoke & earth with a touch of heat and spice to find balance and range within the beer itself. Released just in time for all the ghouls, spooks and all things that go bump in the night. Show Less
