Field Trial #472

Field Trial is a series of single-hop beers brewed using the same base beer, a Blonde Ale, to highlight a different hop in each batch. Every time, we conduct sensory evaluations to provide feedback to distributors and farmers and help us better use the hops in current and future beers. Field Trial is a very light and delicate beer where hop aroma and flavor are balanced with a very light bitterness. With minimal malt presence and a bone-dry finish, this Blonde Ale is as crushable as it is educational.

In this Field Trial, we got to play with hop number 472. Enjoy its unique character with notes of freshly squeezed grapefruit, sour apple Jolly Ranchers, and hints of citrus pith. Show Less
