Nice baker's chocolate flavor with touch of expresso. Wee bit thin, otherwise great. 11% abv well hidden.

A vanilla forward stout, some cocoa powder with the barrel giving it a nice slight bourbon flavor. Heat on the tail end, clears the nostrils

Very, very nice. Chocolate, bourbon. Some alcohol, but caramel sticks to it. Compares well to other bourbon barrel stouts.

I think the crowler seal leaked but doesn't seem to have affected taste much. Poss a bit more oxidation but coffee still trumping barrel
