Giverny French Oak Saison

Saisons are a Belgian farmhouse style of beer that use a unique yeast strain. Originally this yeast most likely came from a winery as it behaves in interesting, unpredictable ways. It produces an amazing amount of flavors. Its complexity is unmatched casting off enigmatic notes of tropical fruit, minerals, earth and various spices. The beer is extremely dry. We then aged it in our brand new French oak barrel which adds an elegant structure and backbone to an amazingly food friendly beer. Show Less
