Brewed in partnership with The Whale - A Craft Beer Collective, this unfruited, golden, barrel aged, American sour ale is an extremely limited, meticulously selected blend of just four neutral oak barrels. Notes of lemon curd, elderflower, green tea, and unadulterated Brett come through on the nose, followed by balanced acidity and tannin structure. This delicate and complex beer will only be available at The Whale and The Funkatorium, both of which are donating a portion of the proceeds to the Asheville Museum of Science. Cheers! Show Less
