Vlontee

Our first collaboration with our friends at Threes Brewing. Threes was kind enough to entrust us with the recipe for their incredible pilsner, Vliet. We did our best to recreate their house pilsner wort, but then fermented this beer with our house kölsch yeast. This beer received the same hopping and treatment on the hot side as Vliet does, and then the same yeast and cellar processes as Contee on the cold side. Vliet + Contee = Vlontee. This beer smells and tastes like white tea, freshly baked brioche and a long days work. This beer is incredibly special to us as it encompasses what we love to drink in our own brewery. Show Less
