This low alcohol table Saison is a pale coloured, light bodied Belgian stule beer that has been fermented with Escarpment Labs Fruit Bomb Saison yeast, lending a fruity character and nose to this typically dry beer. Brewed for Stephen Bezan at Sherbrooke, this beer is a homecoming of sorts, as he drove ALL the way to Slave Lake to help, his home away from home. Show Less
