Snap Pull (Peach White Tea Ale)

We used 100% local malt from Deer Creek in Glen Mills, their select Colonial Pilsner for a base with a dash of lightly toasted oat malt and twilight wheat malt. This base creates the perfect body for delicate flavor additions later in the brew, starting with peach-forward hops like Simcoe and Azacca, with some fruit-bouquet additions of Citra and El Dorado. Lastly, we added a splash of organic Peach White Tea before serving this beer in a pitcher with ice cubes jingling against the glass. Show Less
