Low Fidelity [A]

In the age of one-off beers, Low Fidelity attempts to simplify the task of keeping track of all those gimmicky marketing names by naming each new release Low Fidelity A-Z. The water, malt, and yeast will remain the same, but the hops will change with each new lettered iteration. For Low Fidelity [A], we married the piney and grapefruit notes of Simcoe with the flowery and orange citrus flavors of Amarillo, and tied it all together with GR Huell Melon’s honeydew hop sweetness and strawberry character.
