Not my favorite style normally but was great! The barrel aging made this so delicious!!!

Wowzers! Never had a helles doppelbock but this is a perfect mix of my 2 favorite German beer styles. Sweet caramelled fruit with a biscuity bready texture. I’m also getting a touch of smoke and the little bit of bourbon barrel touch in the finish.
