Inspired by travels through Jordan where spiced coffee was the daily ritual, “Laykoon" is named as a tribute to El Morabba3, whose music became the soundtrack of my journey. Bringing cinnamon and cardamom from Amman’s spice markets together with quality coffee from Costa Rica, organic cacao nibs from Belize, and vanilla beans from Madagascar, this stout is meant to be enjoyed by the open fire during the cold holidays.
