We aged our white wine in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels with cherries and cranberries and winter spices.
Notes of strong vanilla, cloves, cinnamon and warmth fill this special winter wine.
This wine is an ode to the vineyard workers who have spent wet and freezing mornings working with their frost protection to protect their vines from freezing. A thermos of our wine would make it much easier. Show Less
