Brewed at the Propagator. F1 is the start of an experimental foray into the realm of unfiltered pale ales focusing on the hop aromatics and flavors that we are inspired by right now. A big pale wheat ale with heavy-handed aromatic additions of some of our favorite hops, F1 also employs a large proportion of malted and torrified wheat in the mash, giving it a full, pillowy mouthfeel and rounded flavor. Left unfiltered in the wheat beer tradition for a hazy appearance, F1 blends the hop aromatics of a double IPA with a softer bitterness and toasty malt flavor reminiscent of freshly baked baguette. Notes of ripe tangerine and grapefruit mingle with lemongrass, mango, pineapple, and orange blossom in the
aroma, taking you along on our next adventure into the world of hops. Show Less
