Basic Bitch (2018)

The brainchild of Brandon DelleChiaie; Basic Bitch was brewed with the cooler months in mind. Instead of using our house pumpkin spice recipe, in 2018 we utilized fresh pumpkin spice coffee beans from Florida roaster Christopher Bean, as well as a beautiful pumpkin spice extract! We freshly ground and cold brewed the pumpkin coffee, adding both coffee and extract into the bottling bucket! In a change up, and as a means to experiment, we utilized two different but similar grain bills & combined them to enhance different seasonal flavors! Like last years batch, this beer is the perfect treat on a cold Autumn night! Grab your favorite pair of leggings and UGGS, stoke the fire, cut yourself a healthy slice of pumpkin pie, and sip on this beer after your Thanksgiving meal like the truest of Basic Bitches! Salud!
