The Mark (5.7%abv) - The base beer was a 2017 vintage, brewed with a mixture of wheat, pilsner malts and our aged hops. In January of 2018, we blended the base beer from barrel stock with fresh spontaneously fermented beer, allowing the blend to mature in French oak red wine barrels. After maturation, we re-fermented and then conditioned the beer with a ridiculous amount of blueberries, until bottling in August of 2018. After bottling, the beer was horizontally bottle matured for two summers and two winters, a total of 26 months. Read Less
