Our core stout, Urban Shaker is a luscious oatmeal stout with layers of chocolate, underlying bitterness and full body. It's the perfect base for modifications and in this special one off, our head brewer added lots of (palm oil free) milk chocolate cookies into the mash and boil. We also tweaked the first wort hop addition and used Chinook, giving the finished beer a slightly resinous bitterness. Read Less
