Norwegian Pale Ale w/ Hornindal Kveik

Brewed using a new-to-us yeast strain that has recently emerged from relative obscurity, this Norwegian pale ale is light, refreshing, and unique. Kveik are a rustic family of yeasts hailing from Norway, used traditionally in farmhouse style ales and passed down from generation to generation. In fermentation, Kveik acts unlike any yeast we've brewed with before (heat tolerant, tenacious), but nerdy details aside, it produces tropical fruity esters and a crisp body.
