WoMan 2017

Women make up more than half of the human beings on this planet. Yet Women are routinely overlooked by a “bro” culture that runs rampant in our industry. When began conceptualizing the WoMan for a Mother’s Day release, we knew we had to tread lightly, not wanting to put words into the mouths of Chicago’s beer-drinking ladies. When one of our distributor reps suggested we bring in a cross-section of badass industry women to give the beer a collaborative voice, we saw an opportunity to create the ultimate sounding board. Thus, drawing on the brainpower of ladies from Paddy Long’s, Kaiser Tiger, Beat Kitchen, and Louis Glunz, we present the WoMan – a big, bold Dunkel that layers dense, complex flavors with a deft, nuanced hand.
