Brewed at the Propagator. Firestone Walker's first local LA brewery collaboration with our friends at Three Weavers from Inglewood, CA. The grain bill is just over 25% rye, which imparts its signature caraway seed spice characteristics. We added some of our favorite hop varieties including Citra, Simcoe, and Ekuanot to both the whirlpool & dry-hop. A balanced earthy and bready malt character is countered by assertive hop-derived flavors of citrus, melon and pine. Read Less
