Zapialiśmy z zachwytu nad kooperacją z paryskim browarem Galia i uwarzyliśmy wspólnie NEW ENGLAND DOUBLE DRY HOPPED DOUBLE IPA. Podwójnie chmielone, mętne i niebezpiecznie pijalne - piwo, które jest godne serii AleBrowar & Friends.

Dzięki unikalnemu procesowi, podwójnego chmielenia na zimo, do którego użyliśmy Citra BBC + Mosaic BBC + HBC 472, piwo nabrało nieziemskiego aromatu. Za goryczkę odpowiadają chmiele Magnum i Chinook. Read Less

Collab x Gallia, Pet'Nat' malté grenache noir

Pour cet hybride bière/vin, nous avons utilisé 1600 L de jus de Grenache Noir du Clos des Combals et 300 kg de raisins entiers éraflés et foulés par nos soins.
La fermentation a démarré naturellement avec les levures indigènes du raisin, puis nous avons ajouté un moût de bière acide pour donner ce pet nat malté au grenache noir. Read Less

Dans les hauteurs, on trouve de l'argousier, cet arbuste typique de nos régions montagneuses, d'une couleur orangée éclatante et d'une saveur d'agrumes vivifiante.

This hazy east coast IPA is the lovechild of our joint brewing (and elderflower picking) efforts with skånerost-ambassadors Örebro Brygghus and Remy Maurin, head brewer of Gallia Paris. Liberally hopped with Ekuanot and Amarillo over our go-to base of Maris Otter and unmalted adjuncts. We then added hand-picked elderflowers from Remy’s grandmother’s backyard and dry hopped this golden beverage with even more Ekuanot and Amarillo. The result is an IPA with fruity aromatics such as pithy orange and lemon but with a bit more defined bitterness than our usual hazies.

Maris Otter Extra Pale, Torrefied Oats, Torrefied Wheat & Dextrin

Hops:
Magnum, Ekuanot & Amarillo
