Put the pine(apple) in the coconut and drink it all up. I’m so spoiled with Florida pastry sours but this was pretty solid. Scenery didn’t hurt.

Doug R: Whether it’s because they were trying to iron out kinks when they moved production to WPB or b/c of ingredients, things suffered for awhile.

Oh the mint. The mint just catapults this “sour” (which is a bit of a misnomer) into the nether reaches. The nose is absolutely amazing. The fruit salad that they make is killer and the touch of mint just turns things up a notch.

A place where a beer this good should be consumed. How appropriate to have Ephraim where my grandfather and I shared so many memories. Rich hops and malts somehow stay in the clean lane that Hill usually provides.
