What?! I guess I’ve avoided this for so long bc their pils is just not that great. But this very rich, clean, smooth, full, legit & almost reference Munich Dunkel is wonderful, caramel-butterscotchy…a total surprise. Pretzel croissant w buttercream. 🥨

OG! So sharp, crispy, incredibly dry & noble hoppy it’s almost a miracle. And although these guys are a fairly large N. German brewer, she’s as serious & up-to-the-minute as any US “craft pils”…& exhibiting that German Genius my DNA is worried about. 🥨
