Tough style by comparison. Coffee is not overpowering. But the flavor is DARKER than DARK. I know that’s what they were going for. Not burnt at all, just black coffee, black walnuts & black treacle. But not a fave for me. Surprisingly light color (SRM=18)

Amber brown with a light tan head. Very mild aroma. Roasty flavor with no coffee or burnt bitterness. Not exactly sweet… more bittersweet, with a nutty bitterness. May be the best NA beer I’ve ever had (at 4.4%). Definitely takes DIS to a new level.

Pale gold. Cloudy. Very fruity aroma (really orangey). Spot-on Painkiller. Beautifully done coconut w/ enough body to invoke creaminess. Spice from the hops is perfectly integrated & could be nutmeg. Nice amount of fruit, but not too much. Almost perfect!
