2014. Njce nose of cranberry with tasty stout blending in well with some hopping. Sweetness done well and not sugary. Good mouthfeel with more tangy cranberry tartness in back that comes through well. Nice finish. Held up perfectly!

Nice thick look with a nice layer of head. Sweet smell of stout, honey, and booze. Great mouthfeel of smoothness. Sweet honey and booze taste with notes of plum and mead. Finish is a little sharp of wood, but a pretty excellent beer.

Nice smooth booziness smell against the perfect imperial stout. Nice clean chocolate taste balanced nicely on the barrel and bourbon notes. The heat always there, but balanced and never distracting. Adding to the flavor. This continues into finish.

Some old cherry nose with Booze and Barleywine which is a little cherry medicinal. English Barleywine taste ramps up in taste tempering down the cherry but not covering it up. The flavors finally come together nicely in the finish. Might be a little old.

Aged at least aged 7 years. The sourness catches you off guard as it was unexpected. And may not be intended. But it’s actually tasty and makes it a dark sour. Smell of rum barrel with the sour. Sour gets more intense in taste with rum on the edges.
