Fresh and fruity and 7% of kick! Fruit hides the alcohol, but leaves a warm glow on finishing (7%). Made fresh each month, with wild yeast that's constantly updated and so changes slighly.. Wild indeed, but a sophisicated blend of flavour and strength.

Superb! Apparently has oysters in it, but I've only eaten them French style, raw in the shell with lemon, so don't know that flavour. I do know, rich, lactose creamy, with pepper and full bodied with coffee & strong alcohol - later found out was 12.5%

It's tarty which is probably because It's feijoa that it tastes of because its nearly 30% by volume made from this NZ and South American Fruit... A lot of flavour for 5%

Wow! There is a lot going on here. It’s salty and sweet, and the smoke is not over powering. The oysters don’t come through overly heavily. Yes, I’d drink this again!
