This shit's good. Lightly viscous and well rounded. Maple is present but balanced, not sweet or artificial. Super smooth, a treat to try.

Tastes like a hot chocolate with cookies, light sweet maple, a kick of salt that balances and accentuates the other flavors. Great.

Getting a bit more soy saucey and doesn't have that deft magical dance of the roast from when it was fresh. Still good, better as it opens.
