The brewery has been inactive since covid, so this is me trying to try their beers and succumbing to the Brickers cider I have avoided trying. It's not that bad. The root beer flavour is there, but not over powering. Still tastes like an apple cider.

Whoa this reminded me a lot of Quinquenio. Great body with good malt depth and just thick/sticky enough to be modern. Adjuncts tasting very well-integrated 3yrs in.

Maple and coconut slap you in the face, with big chocolate malt following up afterwards. Base isn't overly thick (thankfully) and depth provides some nuttiness and a bit of dried fruit. This would be a beast after a bourbon barrel treatment.

Good cork pop. Nose is hay and dried citrus up front, and some smoke (?!) later on. Tastes of malt/grain in a nice multigrain bread way. Gentle acid, funk and a huge saline finish. Finish is oddly just mineral - not much in terms of notable tastes.
