Smooth as butter...boozy, but hot damn, for the ABV I gotta expect it. This is legit, but 5 oz is plenty. Some barrel on the edges.

Strawberry forward nose with maybe an odd skosh of chocolate (?). Flavor is light strawberry and yes, a bit of a shortcake vibe. A bit of an odd finish but still tasty

Always a bit of a crapshoot snagging a ST stoutz as I find many cloying, but this worked pretty well. Nose is authentic and flavor is more roasty...and less sweet...than expected

One of those pours for which i should have checked untappd first...not my fave, though at least it's local! Bitter which in itself is not bad but just an odd aftertaste.
