Hasn't mellowed much in 4 years, lol. Maple punch in the teeth with a decent amount of heat still present. Finishes smooth.

I can't imagine how this was fresh if it's still this good after 4 years. Great blending of adjuncts with the barrel and the body is more than enough to hold it up. I'm going to miss you Dad. 😢
