交響樂！Symphonic music, that's the repertoire I love to perform and this blend is up there soaring in the air like my flute timbre also ricochets around in a concert hall. Bouncing beautifully on the palate, displaying ripe tart berries and caramel barrel.

Quite a tasty sapuraizu. Liked the clever title too, being a happily hopped Westcoast style but should also be pleasing the hazy fans out there (who I'm not amongst) while being brewed on Taiwan's East Coast, so voilà, well named! 日光 - sunshine, spot on!
