You can really taste the meringue and it’s delightful! Really nice balance of lemon and that eggy foaminess. Sour tang from the fruit hits the back of throat & a the soured base beer lingers on the sides of your tongue. Fun multi dimensional sour.

Super refreshing… slightly puckering but not over-the-top. Lime zest, pith & flesh all there with a bit of saltiness & some floral notes. A solid, slightly oily body.

That’s a mouthful of citra. Very concentrated hop oil on a cloudy, lite bodied/slightly soapy body. Grapefruit zest, pineapple rind & tangerine.
