9 years old, and still holds up nicely, although I probably should have drank it sooner. Wonderfully strong malt base, sweet with figs and toffee. Hops have receded with age, but there is still something to balance the sweetness. Wish I had more.

Very different. Good, but hard to place. Would be difficult to ID that it started life as a Pilsner before BA. Not sure if champagne is the barrels or yeast, but it’s clean and strong, which is difficult. Very Belgiany, with rich undertones. Interesting!
