Pours a deep amber with no head. Light caramel and no hop aroma. Appropriate balance toward bitterness with toasty, caramel malt in the background. Beer was still so definitely need some carbonation to bring it together. Otherwise a good example of style

Pours pale gold with excellent clarity and nice head retention. Aroma of melon and herbal noble hops. Grainy malt flavor with some low hop spiciness. Diacetyl flavor is noticeable and becomes more prominent as warms. Give the yeast more time to clean up.

Hazy, deep gold. Low white head with good retention. Overripe peach and clove aroma. Similar flavor character but heavily balanced toward phenolics and bitterness. Finishes sweet with lingering bitterness. Ferment warmer to promote esters and attenuation.

Pours hazy gold, low white head. Faint lemon, wgrape, wheatgrass on nose. Very low hop and malt. Mouthfeel is crisp and dry with nice med-high carbonation. Finish trails of a bit watery. Could use more malt complexity, and much more hop bitterness/flavor.

Pours pale straw color with excellent clarity and low head. Aroma of lemon zest, honey, red apple. Flavor profile matches aroma. Hop character is more modern/fruity and bit more bitterness than typical for style but this is expected from the hop choice.
