Objectively, not a bad APA, orange zest forward with a dry, piney pleasant bitterness to finish. Subjectively, probably my least favorite beer I've made. Not like there were any flaws per se, but just not what I was aiming for. A bit west coasty.

Damn close to a Smithwick's clone. Malty caramel nose, crisp carbonation and sweet earthy evolution that finishes with a light dryness. Slainte ya buncha bollix🍻
