A stinky, yet tropical nose, nice. Smells super fresh, like it just came out of the vat. This is an enigma once it hits the lips. I get lightly flavoured dough and plastic. Does hide the ABV. This craft is trying too hard - what does it want to be?

Was in the mood for a sour, but calling this a 50/50. It’s okay, I guess, but it feels like it’s stuck trying to figure out what it wants to do. This might work best as an intro to sours for someone who hasn’t dabbled in sour land before.

The nose says wine and age. This is heavy heavy sour, tart and yeast. This needs a 100X more fruit, the berries just don’t come through like they need to. A lot of vomit in here. And I don’t say that often. I’m not sure who would like this……
