Thickest beer I’ve ever had. Cinnamon and vanilla really pop. Very good barrel presence. Barrel is well integrated and so smooth that I can see how people might not notice it. Best beer I’ve had in a long while. Well done Half Acre. Keep it up!

4.6. Incredible barrel! Base beer was good, but could have been thicker and more roasty. Better barrel than 2010 rare, but base beer wasn’t as good.

On the sweet side, but big coconut floaters are a nice surprise. Getting lots of coconut, vanilla and cinnamon. Great barrel. Syrupy mouth feel. More stout than barleywine, but this is excellent. Best anchorage beer that I’ve had!

Mark Renz is drinking a Weight Ratios (2020) by Bottle Logic Brewing
This is real close to a 4.75, 4.6! Great blend of coconut and hazelnut. Nice thick mouthfeel. Good barrel! I think this is slightly better than concentrated solution, which makes it the best bottle logic beer I’ve had!
