Dai დაი is drinking a My Three Hops by Stamm Brewing at Untappd at Home
2/3 of same hops as the previous DIPA. this isn’t in the same class though, not close. Its a good beer anyway. Creamy, citrus, bubblegum from mosaic, but wouldn’t know theres any Idaho7 in it except from the can art. Lacking a bit of structure.

These guys know their hops. A tonne of nelson on the nose and initially in the taste - lychee, grape, gooseberry. Then a whole load of dank cleans the palate leaving a sweet resinous and pomelo pleasant after taste. Ultra smooth. Bitterness spot on.

Too fizzy for an epa but it goes down well after a long day of grafting. Malt biscuits. Some hop flavours. It tastes pretty czech though.

Very interesting. Never had this style before. Its like a smooth, but (id argue) less complex barley wine. Loads a maple syrup flavour. Its sweet of course. Has some pleasant woodiness to it. At 11.5% its killed me… but I feel I must plow on.

Tastes like a very Czech verion of an English IPA. Peppery, grassy, bitter. Sweet and malty. Bright and quaffable. Lacking much aroma.
