Amazing BA stout to kick MBCC off with! On par with some of the best Forager, SP, TG, etc. Thick, layered, intense. Chocolate, leather, toasted almonds, vanilla, char, burnt hazelnut, light minerality. Looong finish. 🔥

Boozy, licorice, raisins, vanillin, woody, caramel. It's a decent BA barley wine, but it's a few steps behind the very good ones. Oddly enough, its fairly boozy, despite being from 2019.

Lovely! Lots of strawberry and red currant, pleasant tannic structure and then a cool mix of leather, old oak / cellar funk. A light kiss of balsamic vinegar. Very fitting medium-minus acidity. A really cool wild ale.

Damn solid NE. Super fruity and tropical yeast expression, but then a fairly saturated hop finish. Passion fruit sorbet, pineapple sorbet, mango, lemon, lime pith. Very slick and smooth texture.
