Tanner Browning is drinking a Be Still (11/2021) by The Ale Apothecary at Indian Ford Creek
Vividly intense and complex. Very acidic sour and gritty tart with modest vinous red wine feel. Mild coffee bitterness-tobacco taste underneath along with cacao to smooth out some edges. Vingear like finish.
Tanner Browning is drinking a Tropical Supernova by Humble Sea Brewing Company at Indian Ford Creek
Fruity and sweet. Tasting a mixture of pineapple, papaya, mango and grapefruit. Modest bitterness near the finish. Soft and mellow mouthfeel.
Tanner Browning is drinking a Double Dry Hopped Vortex (2024) by Fort George Brewery at Indian Ford Creek
Moderate hoppy with little bitterness. Tasting pine resin, earthy dank, pineapple, candied citrus and a bit noticeable malt backbone. Crispy and clean with a drying finish.
Tanner Browning is drinking a Pie High by Boss Rambler Beer Club at Indian Ford Creek
Sweet chocolate syrup, vanilla wafers, toasty pecans balanced by a bit boldness from the bourbon barrels. Booze is almost completely hidden. Heat kinda’ lingers at the finish.
Mild acidic sour and tart with a lot of Brett funk, oak and tart cherries. Some sweetness comes up underneath the funk. Surpringsly easy drinking and light bodied.
