Another Easter basket beer. Very light in color, mild flavor, subtle sweetness. Reminds me of Rolling Rock from the 80's. Very easy drinking, especially after a warm day and a bike ride.

Dry nose with pastry dough typical of a pilsner but a steamed rice sweetness. Very light body, pastry dough sourness with an earthy, dry profile behind it. Almost floral. Finish is slightly syrupy at first but cleans up dry and crisp. Really nice.
