Grapefruit & Marigold Saison

Using the classic DuPont yeast strain, this Saison shows off a typical juicy-fruit nose and silky yeast richness. Un-malted barley adds to the texture along with Pilsner and Wheat Malts. We add grapefruit peel and flesh from our farm to cut through the richness and deliver a beer that is both complex and extremely thirst-quenching. Originally a farmhouse beer served to farm workers for both sustenance and refreshment, our Saison does this job well. We collected our own Marigold flowers to add a subtle spiciness. This beer finishes extremely dry and keeps you coming back for more. Show Less
