Grogen. This beer absolutely exceeded my expectations. Aged 1 year in my hot closet, it's an impressively smooth and complex beer with gentle chili working surprisingly well with strong chai. Bitter chocolate/coffee finish.

From the vault - 2019 Batch 02. It’s toasty and full of chocolate, some sticky molasses. Very faint hint of chai and the chilli is undetectable, perhaps it’s settled over 2 years ? Otherwise a great stout.

One from the vault: May 2019. This has aged wonderfully. So rich and toasty and the chili kick on the end is well tuned. Big dark chocolate and salty vegemite flavours that paired nicely with a Glenfiddich boilermaker.
