X14

Xploring is something that is just in human nature. When it something unknown, it will get the indicator X.

So when Kääk Brewing got a hand on some eXperimental hops named X14, it had to be used in a brew. Using a miXture of pale ale with acidulated, dextrin, and medium crystal. Some centennial, cluster, magnum hop-extract form the bitter base. The X14 is used as late addition, flame-out, and steep, to provide the base flavour for this American pale ale. A dry-hop addition of X14 is added to fully give it its flavour. How does it taste?
