Scott Newcomer is drinking a Cherry wheat by Homebrew at Nuke & Newc's

Brewed April 2021. Has aged well but is getting more tart/sour from the cherry extract. Surprised how well it still tastes after almost 1.5 yrs bottle aging. I dropped the rating .25 from a year ago because the cherry tart/sour is now more than I prefer.

Homebrew Cherry Wheat brewed April 2021.Heavier than the 2020 batch but aging well. A slight cherry/sour taste to the base American Wheat beer. My goal is to continue working on perfecting this beer. Looking forward to the 2022 version...

Latest batch of Cherry Wheat homebrew. Brewed 4/11/2020. In bottle 3 weeks. Very light and drinkable which was the intention. Hint of Cherry? Taste improved significantly between week 1 and 3 in bottle. Looks like it will age well for yearly July 4 party.
