Days Gone By, West Coast DIPA

In our ten years we’ve seen a number of industry trends come and go, but without a doubt the most significant has to be the rise of the Hazy IPA at the expense of the West Coast IPA. We obviously think the Hazy is great—we make quite a few of them, after all—but that doesn’t mean we don’t occasionally pine for Days Gone By. Luckily we have several like-minded friends, and when we decided to indulge in a little nostalgia for our birthday, our good pals at West Hill and SingleSpeed Brewing volunteered to give us a hand. Together we crafted the perfect beer to re-capture our youth: a true West Coast Double IPA.
