This imperial stout was made in collaboration with barleys to celebrate their 29th birthday! Brewed with 1 gallon of blackstrap molasses per bbl, this beer has a massive wave of molasses followed by notes of dark chocolate and toffee. At 11% this beer will undoubtedly help with your sea legs! We split this batch into a fresh rye whiskey barrel from our friends at Union Horse distillery, so if you like this, just wait until the barrel aged version washes ashore for Barley’s 30th birthday!
