Nice depth with ripe cherry. Pretty mellow acid.

Cellar oldie, held up very well. Needed a corkscrew to get the stopper out. Definite Rodenbachy vinegar notes, complemented with Sour Patch sweet/tartness & a bit of Bourbon warmth on the finish.
