The overwhelming impression is of leaves. Like, drinking autumn leaf water. Because it’s so subtle, paired with the right food I think it could be amazing but on its own, I won’t have more.

It’s early but I decided to go on an adventure this morning to get coffee and realized this place was open…should take advantage of tasting opps when I can. Kind of an amber base, malty sweetness, and a hint of orange peel.
